If you need assistance, our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If your inquiry relates to an overdue account or another time-sensitive matter, please contact Canadian Niagara Power directly by phone during regular business hours for immediate assistance.

We encourage you to sign up at any time for Paperless Billing via our customer self-help portal at: Customer Portal Information. Paperless billing will allow you to:
 
  • View all available bills (current and past)
  • See all your power usage
  • Notify you via email when the latest bill is ready
  • Utilize smart forms to perform various activities online
