If you are opening a new business in Fort Erie or Port Colborne and need to establish an electricity account with Canadian Niagara Power, please complete the form below to get started. Moving within Fort Erie or Port Colborne
If you are relocating your business within Fort Erie or Port Colborne, please contact our Customer Service team at least five business days before your move:

We will help arrange service at your new location, collect the information required for your account transfer, and schedule a final meter reading for your current premises. Please note that a security deposit may be required. To get started, complete the Non-Residential/General Service Application Form.

Moving outside of Fort Erie or Port Colborne
If your business is relocating outside the Fort Erie or Port Colborne service area, please notify us at least five business days before your move by completing the form below or contacting our Customer Service team:

We will arrange a final meter reading for your property and collect the forwarding information needed to send your final bill. To get started, please complete the Cancellation of Service Form.
