The New Customer Portal Has Arrived!

 

We're excited to bring you our newly designed customer self-help portal.  Continue reading for all the details including the contest, or you can register by visiting https://myaccount.cnpower.com/app/register.jsp.

If you are an existing e-billing customer, it's important you register with the new portal soon as the former product will no longer be available after December 15, 2020. Please contact our office during business hours with any questions you may have or require help registering.

The enhancements our customers requested have arrived. We haev a more inclusive and customer friendly dashboard for you to manage your bills, payments, view your consumption history and more.

All customers who sign up for e-billing at our new portal by March 31, 2021 will automatically be entered in a draw to Win 1 of 2 Energy Star appliances of your choice.

For customers already on e-billing, you will need to log into our new portal to register. Once you register, your previous e-billing account will be deleted.
