New Enrollment for Pre-Authorized Payments

 
To enroll with Pre-Authorized Payments, follow the steps belows.
  1. Download, print, and complete the Pre-Authorized Payment form.
     
  2. Return completed signed form and void cheque to Canadian Niagara Power Inc. through one of these methods:
    1. By Mail
    2. By Fax
    3. By E-mail
    4. In Person

  3. Upon receiving your Pre-Authorized Payment form, within 10 business days you will receive a letter from our Customer Service Department advising of your Pre-Authorized Payment status.
