As Canadian Niagara Power prepares residential and small general service
customers to transition to Time‐of‐Use billing, it is necessary to make changes
to bill periods and invoice dates. You will notice that your electrical invoice may
arrive earlier in December than expected and that you are now billed for a
calendar month. This will become your regular schedule.
